About me
Erin has been a clinical licensed social worker for twenty years, dedicating the majority of that time to working with those at the end of their life as a palliative care specialist, in the community as well as within the UCHealth system. Erin has been with UCHealth for over eleven years, first as the lead social worker for the Anschutz palliative care team, and then more recently, as the system-wide social work educator. Although end of life care is still a passion, Erin finds joy in supporting her colleagues through education and advocacy, and appreciates the ability to create and identify opportunities for process improvements. Outside of work, Erin has two adorable and wild children. She appreciates the fact that they are getting to the age where traveling, hiking, and listening to live music is now something she and her husband can do with them, and feels very grateful.
