About me
Rich D’Ambrosio is the Regional Chief Legal Officer for the Rocky Mountain Region of AdventHealth. AdventHealth is a $20+ Billion health system and the Rocky Mountain Region includes five hospitals, numerous physician groups, off-site emergency departments, urgent care centers, and other health care entities and groups. Mr. D’Ambrosio previously served as Group General Counsel for Centura Health, Chief Legal Officer for Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, and Chief Legal Counsel for Exempla Healthcare. Mr. D’Ambrosio has also taught courses on the subjects of legal ethics, business law, business ethics, e-business, and enterprise risk for Argosy University, Kaplan University, and University of Phoenix. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with Honors from the University of Illinois Gies College of Business and his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law. Mr. D’Ambrosio has been admitted to practice in Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Wyoming and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and Association for Corporate Counsel. Mr. D’Ambrosio has also been active in numerous organizations, including Heritage Camps for Adoptive Families, Meals on Wheels, and the American Liver Foundation. He is married and has four children.
